Once Stonegate identifies a promising investment opportunity, we conduct extensive analysis in order to provide potential investors with the tools they need to evaluate the company. We perform a tremendous amount of due diligence on each client company. Our analysis routinely involves contacting the company's suppliers, vendors, partners, and major customers. We conduct interviews with most senior executive officers and/or Board members who are active in the day-to-day management of the company. Our process typically involves on-site visits to one or more of the company's operating locations, as well as an in-depth review of virtually all publicly- available information. In short, we attempt to familiarize ourselves with every major detail of each division or subsidiary of the company.

Stonegate's up-front analysis has two primary goals: 1) satisfying ourselves that we are presenting a truly compelling investment opportunity to our institutional clients, and 2) making this information easier to comprehend and digest for our institutional clients. Once our analysis is complete, it is usually presented in a concise Information Memorandum, complete with a company overview, industry analysis, competitor analysis, earnings model, and key risks to consider.
