Institutions rarely take what a company says during the roadshow for granted. They must verify the important aspects of the company's business plan for themselves and perform their own due diligence.

The Stonegate team spends a great deal of time assisting institutional investors at the due diligence stage in the process. This process is quite time-consuming, but most institutions require this level of analysis before buying small cap stocks.

We provide interested institutions with access to industry research, company analysis and a clear picture of the competitive environment. The due diligence phase often ends with a large group conference call. During the call, several "key validators" to the company's story — customers, suppliers, strategic partners — are accessible to the institutions for a brief presentation, followed by a Q&A session. This centralized conference call format makes it easy for the institutions to hear for themselves the key information they need to make an informed decision.

For those institutions that are unable to participate in the conference call, a transcript is made available.
