Stonegate's institutional sales professionals have spent several years interviewing portfolio managers and analysts in order to determine the investment criteria of each institution. Making use of our proprietary database of over 3,000 institutions that invest in small-cap stocks, we can screen for only those institutions that qualify for investment in a particular company. We begin by sending information to targeted institutions via mail, email or fax. Then our sales professionals contact the various analysts or portfolio managers at each institution. If the institutional investor prefers to meet with the management or our analyst on a particular company, our sales professional will attempt to accommodate a meeting.
